Information we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, business name, trade type, team size and message. The production app may collect SWMS records, worker details, signatures, send history, supporting evidence, audit history and account activity.

SWMS, signatures, sent records, supporting evidence and audit records may need to be retained where required for legal, regulator, incident, insurance, principal contractor or business record keeping. Account deletion requests are reviewed against those retention needs before records are removed.

How we use information

We use marketing enquiries to respond to questions, understand business needs and provide product information. App data is used to provide SiteWise SWMS to signed-in customers.

Third-party services

The marketing site is designed for Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms. The app is hosted separately at app.getsitewise.app and may use its own operational service providers.

Terms and responsibility

SiteWise SWMS is a software tool. Customers remain responsible for reviewing each SWMS against the actual work, site conditions and legal duties before use.
